Hello lovelies! While Valentine's Day was last week, I am terribly late in wishing you all a lovely day. Boyfriend, who is sweet by nature, was particularly thoughtful making me breakfast and giving me a book I've been eyeing, bringing me lilies in the afternoon, swooping me off to an incredible dinner at La Bergerie complete with swoon worthy souffle, and ended the evening with a raspberry dessert wine night cap. It was completely indulgent and I'll treasure the thought of it for a long while.
More importantly, my sweetheart and I discussed that while we did special things for each other all day, the thoughtfulness we put forth for the day was not unusual. We decided that for us, everyday is Valentine's Day. We may not saunter into spectacular French restaurants everyday, but we do take time each day to reconnect and regularly think of kind ways to support the other.

Sounds like you had a wonderful Valentine's day. I agree with you that romance should be for everyday. My husband and I are firm believers in that.
