Dandelion dreaming

Spring has made it to Washington! It was such a beautiful weekend. As the sun has staked its claim in the sky, I have been inspired to think about updating my beauty routine. While I won't be splurging on all of these, I would certainly welcome the addition of any of the above!

1. Shiseido Sun Protection Eye Cream: I've heard fantastic things about this product line. I also realize that I neglect my eye area of sun protection. While I use SPF on my face everyday and I make sure it is in many of the products I use, I avoid using them on the delicate skin around my eyes. I am fancying the idea of having an eye friendly SPF around.

2. Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Tonic: After a recent Bobbi Brown visit, I couldn't help but fall in love with this tonic! It seemed to replace the moisture that can sometimes be washed away. It makes me think that it could restore some balance to my sensitive skin.

3. Benefit Dandelion Blush: While I wasn't sure this color would work for me, it is quite pretty and the name brings me back to childhood. As a little girl, I would pick fresh dandelions and rouge my cheeks with them. It turns out that yellow is not quite flattering on me. However, the Bobbi Brown visit won me over in this color palate. Maybe I could pull off such a ballerina pink. And my childhood fantasy of wearing dandelion around would be complete!

4. NARS Larger Than Life Eyeliner Rue Bonparte: This may be an eyeliner, but my intentions for it would be to lightly line my upper lip. I saw a diy on pinterest for making lips seem larger. This was the key! It would be fun to use highlighting to accentuate my favorite features.
