Happy Valentine's Day, lovelies! Can you resist the sweetness of Valentine's Day? I certainly can't. While I have been focusing on my personal life and not blogging often, I couldn't help but deliver a special message of Valentine's cheer to all of you.
Single, attached, or in complicated scenerios, it doesn't matter. The spirit of the day remains the same. It's an opportunity to take pause and recognize that you are surrounded by love. One of my favorite Valentine's memories was while I was single in college. My dear friend, Jordan, and I took each other to dinner and drinks {ps, thanks for the card, Jordan! Got it in the mail!}. This year, my sweetheart is long distance {flying in tomorrow!} so I made 4 dozen cupcakes and I'll be delivering them to my local friends... That is if I can keep myself from eating them!

I agree, Miss Lisa! I never really got bummed on Valentine's Day even when I was single. It's a great day to celebrate all the different loves in our lives. Hope you have a great day today--love your cupcake plans!

I too am mixing up a batch of cupcakes for the neighborhood kiddos. So much fun to share the love with everyone around.
What a lovely way to spread the love! I'm sure your friends will be delighted and you never know who may secretly be in need of some cheer. I'm recovering from a virus I picked up travelling and thwarted my bf's plans for us. But he hasn't complained one bit, just told me to focus on getting better. True love. Hope you have a great reunion with your sweetheart tomorrow!
