DC photo diary

So, you may have noticed, it has taken me far too long to post my DC photo diary!  I really had a fantastic time visiting the museums, looking at the historical sites, eating delicious food, and just having a destination vacation in general.  I felt like I accomplished almost nothing while there because there was just a plethora of activities to do.
{Click read more for the rest}

{Museum of Natural History}
{Touching Mars}
{The Hope Diamond}
{By the giant doors of the national archives}
{At the fountain in the DC Sculpture Garden.  We went there two days in a row to cool off.}
{We bought ice cream from street vendors everyday.}
{Of course I loved this guy's shoes!}
{This was done in chalk.}
I have a million more {thank you trusty Cannon}; but I figure most of you have lost interest by now.  I'll be sharing eatery highlights in separate posts because I'm a foodie like that.

Hope you are all having a fabulous day!

Looks like a fantastic time! You know I've been dying to visit DC! There's just so much to see! BTW- I love the metro pic! I'm amazed at how clean it is! Nothing like the rat-infested subways in NYC.
